Youth News: Jun 1, 2018

Dear Youth!
It is officially the end of the school year! Each of you has grown in height and maturity and I am very proud of each of you! In yesterday morning's Time with Abba, we see Jesus' death on the cross and I wanted to take a moment to remember this. In the Christian tradition, we take communion as a symbolic action to remember Jesus' life and death for us. Also, we find in the Old Testament that the Jews often fell away from God because they constantly forgot God's work in their life. I would like to challenge each of you to take a moment to reflect on how Jesus has shown up to you in the past year physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and ask yourself "What is God saying?" when you think of this moment.

Blessings,
David Kao
