Hello Youth Family!
This week we did our very first School Campus Prayer Walk! Our goal was to walk and identify the strongholds which have been keeping people's hearts from God. This morning in our Time with Abba reading, the apostle Paul speaks to the Sanhedrin and testifies Jesus. Afterward, God says to Paul "Have courage! For as you have testified about Me in Jerusalem, so you must also testify in Rome." Throughout the Chapter and the rest of the book you see God's favor for Paul. Testify Jesus among your friends and family, I believe God will bring you favor so that You can testify about Jesus to your schools.

Blessings,
David Kao

Summer Levites School of Worship (8/1 - 8/5)
There are still a few slots open for the Levites School of worship. Summer Levites School is a 5-day intensive and is designed to raise up Spirit-filled worshippers in the next generation of youth.
We invite students age 12-18 that are committed to hard work! This course will not be easy, and will involve assignments and training of the body, soul and spirit. Students should be committed to living a holy life: those willing to commit to a fasted lifestyle. This includes various forms of social media, internet, romance, and phones prior to and for the duration of the school. We also ask students to develop a habit of daily Time With Abba (TWA). Apply and register online.

In our Morning Time with Abba, the Apostle Paul visits a group of believers in Ephesus who have never encountered the Holy Spirit, but believed by John the Baptist and the repentance of sin. Paul laid hands on these believers and the Holy spirit came over them.
Repentance is a good and necessary for every believer, but to be baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ is an invitation for the Holy Spirit to come and change your life.
Action Item:
Practice the discipline of Repentance
Welcome the Holy Spirit in your day to day activities.
Blessings,
David Kao

This morning's Time with Abba, the king of Israel wanted to go to war so he took advice from all people except God and the prophet of God, Micaiah. While all other advisors said that the war would favor this king, Micaiah would not say so because it was not what God had spoken.
Micaiah: "As surely as the Lord lives, I can tell him only what the Lord tells me."
SJCAC family, I hope you take on this same spirit and proioritize the counsel of the Lord rather than your own desires or the counsel of people who only want to please your ears. Let's be a generation who will say, "As surely as the Lord lives, I can tell [others] only what the Lord tells me."

God bless,
David Kao
